They later became friends with Lassiter with Wilson providing Lassiter with some support during the Unitrak acquisition process. Greg Ginder-President of Unitrak software Corporation-made concessions so as to sell his companyââ¬â¢s software to the MSCC comprising unlimited support during system installation. Unitrakââ¬â¢s support however was missing when MSCC needed them most. It is evident that many of the above discussed roles require modification. Both Kovecki and Hedges-the 2 very significant IS players were fulfilling their activities, with Lassiter unable to have their cooperation or enhancing their effort level.
